Onboarding Churches

A church can affiliate with any number of associations. This can be used in instances where a church is part of multiple local, countywide, statewide, or even national conventions, movements, or other ministries. To understand how to onboard churches to your association, continue reading.

NOTE: If a church affiliates with your association, you will have access to some of their information if you are subscribed to Bless Partner. Your association will be able to see each church's address, dashboard, Lights and each Light's information (name, email, address, and BLESS stats). If you are not subscribed to Bless Partner, you will not be able to see any of this information.

If they have not connected with your association yet, you can share your association's PROMO Link with them. This will walk them through the signup process and automatically link them to your organization. We recommend you use this URL in an email or social media campaign to maximize the number of churches that sign up under your association. 

To find your association's PROMO Link, click the 'Promo' tab on the left-hand panel of the page while viewing your association's role. (If you have multiple roles, you will need to make sure that you are viewing the correct role before clicking the 'Account' tab.)

Once you are on the 'Promo' tab, scroll down to the section that says 'Onboarding Churches'. Here will be a QR code and specific website link that you can share with churches you would like to onboard. 

When you share the QR code or link, this will automatically connect churches to your association.

NOTE: Each PROMO Link is created uniquely for each organization. The URL listed above will not work for your church and will need to be copied from your church's 'PROMO' page. The QR code and URL is only shown for example.
