Viewing and managing your organization's attenders and Lights

Viewing and managing your current attenders

  1. To view your currently uploaded attenders, start by clicking the 'Attenders' tab on the left-hand panel.


  1. This will show all members who are attending your church that you have uploaded. You have a variety of options including downloading, adding, uploading, deleting, and viewing your attenders on the map. This is all located in the top right-hand corner. 


  1. To upload more attenders, hit the 'Upload' button in the top right hand corner. Be sure to include the following information: first name, last name, street address, city, zip code, state, email address, and phone number are also useful. Upload this file in .CSV format. If you would like a template for this, please CLICK HERE. (The fields highlighted in yellow are required to allow geo-coding.)


Viewing and managing your current Lights

  1. To view your current Lights, begin by clicking the 'Lights' tab on the left-hand panel. 

  1. This shows all Lights connected with your church or organization. These are people who are using The BLESS App
  2. To download a .CSV file of this information, click the 'download' button in the top right-hand corner


NOTE: The action of deleting members and prospects cannot be undone. You will need to re-add them using the upload function
