How to upload your attenders
- To upload your attenders, you will first need to download a CSV file from your church's database of your current members.
- Are you wondering what fields you should include in this download? The most important information to include is as follows: first name, last name, street address, city, zip code, state, email address, and phone number are also useful. If you would like more guidelines, is a helpful example: Member Upload Template. (The fields highlighted in yellow are required to allow geo-coding.) Please be sure to save this in a CSV file.
- Once you have downloaded a list of attenders form your church's database, you can now go into the app and begin the uploading process. Start by clicking the 'Attenders' tab on the left-hand panel.
- To upload a your CSV file, click the 'upload' button in the top right-hand corner
- It will then ask you to choose the correct file. Once you select the CSV you downloaded from your church's database, click the 'upload file' button
- You have now uploaded your attenders! To view them, click the 'Map' tab on the left-hand side of the screen
- Click the 'My Church' tab
- This will bring up a drop-down screen. Then select 'Attenders'
