How to upload your attenders

  1. To upload your attenders, you will first need to download a CSV file from your church's database of your current members.

  1. Are you wondering what fields you should include in this download? The most important information to include is as follows: first name, last name, street address, city, zip code, state, email address, and phone number are also useful. If you would like more guidelines, is a helpful example: Member Upload Template. (The fields highlighted in yellow are required to allow geo-coding.) Please be sure to save this in a CSV file.

  1. Once you have downloaded a list of attenders form your church's database, you can now go into the app and begin the uploading process. Start by clicking the 'Attenders' tab on the left-hand panel.


  1. To upload a your CSV file, click the 'upload' button in the top right-hand corner

  1. It will then ask you to choose the correct file. Once you select the CSV you downloaded from your church's database, click the 'upload file' button

  1. You have now uploaded your attenders! To view them, click the 'Map' tab on the left-hand side of the screen



  1. Click the 'My Church' tab



  1. This will bring up a drop-down screen. Then select 'Attenders'
