How to sign out of your account

Follow these instructions to sign out of your account.

• When signed into your account, click 'MY ACCOUNT' in the top-right corner of the page.
  

• Scroll to the bottom of the account page and click on the 'SIGN OUT' button.
  

Alternatively, on your Dashboard , List , or Train and Grow page, there is a 'SIGN OUT'  link at the bottom of the page.

Note: When you sign out, the next time you want to use the website, you will need to sign back in with your email and password.
