Connect to My Church

How to connect to your church or update your current church

This feature allows Lights to affiliate with a church to contribute some of their information and statistics.

To get started, be sure you are signed in to your account on our website. You will also want to be viewing the Light role (prayer list) that you are wanting to affiliate with a church. Most people will only have one, but it is possible that your account may contain multiple prayer lists.
If you are not sure, click this link and then click the prayer list of which you are trying to edit the affiliation:

  • Click the 'Settings' tab on the left-hand panel.
  • Scroll down the page to the 'Your church' area.
  • If you need to update your church, click the 'Change' button. If not, skip this step.


  • Enter your church's information.
  • Select the correct church from the list that pops up by clicking it.

  • Once your church has been selected, scroll down and click 'Save changes' at the bottom of the page to confirm the change.
 


Your Light account has now been connected to the selected Church.


To remove your affiliation with a church, click the 'Change' button next to your church's name so the search box appears again and leave the section blank. Then select the yellow 'Save changes' button on the page.
Note: Your Church may not have signed up as a Bless Partner yet. Go ahead and enter your Church information and when they do become a Bless Partner, your account will connect automatically. Also, it is important to know that by connecting to your church, the church administrators will be able to see some of your information. To learn more, please see our Privacy Policy.
