How to cancel an active subscription for an organization

If you are an administrator of a registered organization in Bless Every Home who is currently subscribed to our Bless Partner, New Movers, or Community Connector service, you can cancel your service without needing to contact our staff.
  1. To cancel a subscription, begin by navigating to the organization role in your account that has the subscription that you want to cancel.
  2. You can quickly switch roles by clicking the person icon in the top-right corner of the page and selecting the role you would like to switch to. The panel as seen in the screenshot below will list the last few account roles that you have accessed. If you do not see the role you want to switch to, click 'account settings' on that panel to view all of your account's roles. This link will also take you to that page: https://app.blesseveryhome.com/person/

  1. When you are viewing the correct organization (evidenced by the name to the left of the person icon), click the 'Settings' icon on the yellow navigation bar.

NOTE: If you are using a device or browser window that has a horizontal resolution that is too narrow, some of the icons on the yellow navigation bar may be condensed into a '. . . more' icon. If you see a '. . . more' icon on the far right of the yellow bar, click that icon and select 'Settings' from the list.

  1. On your organization's 'Settings' page, locate the box of the service you want to cancel. An active service is denoted by a green banner on that box.
  2. Click the 'Cancel' button on the service you want to cancel.

  1. A confirmation window will appear. Click 'Yes' to finish cancelling the service. This action cannot be reversed. If you change your mind, you will need to re-subscribe to the service.

NOTE: When you cancel a subscription, you will still have access to the service and the information that it provides through the remainder of the billing period that has already been paid. This is the date that is listed as 'up to' in that subscription's box.
NOTE: The Community Connector subscription requires a minimum 12-month commitment, even if paid monthly. You will not be able to cancel that subscription before 12 months of payments have occurred.
